Online Training and Accreditation Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the IMAP Connect online training and accreditation platform ("Service"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IMAP Education Pty Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our" and includes any related entity). By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Service Description

Our Service provides online training courses, educational materials, assessments, and accreditation programs specifically designed for financial services professionals. The Service includes:

Interactive training modules and courses
Educational resources and materials
Online assessments and examinations
Certification and accreditation programs
Progress tracking and reporting tools
Continuing education credit programs

The Service is intended to supplement, not replace, formal education, professional training, or regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.

3. User Registration and Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Update your account information as necessary to keep it current and accurate
Use the Service only for legitimate professional development purposes

3.3 Financial Services Professional Warranty

By registering for and using the Service, you warrant and represent that you are:

Currently employed in the financial services industry, or
Seeking employment in the financial services industry, or
A licensed financial services professional, or
A student enrolled in a financial services or related academic program, or
Otherwise professionally engaged in activities related to financial services

You acknowledge that our courses are specifically designed for financial services professionals and may contain industry-specific content, regulatory information, and professional standards that require appropriate background knowledge and professional context to be properly understood and applied.

You further warrant that you will use the training and any certifications obtained through the Service only in accordance with applicable professional standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical obligations governing financial services professionals in your jurisdiction.

3.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the Service or other users.

By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
